**Prerequisite for this class is Essential Holster Level 1 or equivalent.**

You have learned essential holster draw skills, but can you draw with speed and efficiently acquire your target? Can you do it UNDER STRESS? How about drawing from a seated position? Do you have a backup pistol? Can you access it, if your life depended on it. We begin with an initial evaluation of your current skills under various stress drills. As the class progresses, we refine each steps in the holster drawing process to ensure you are engaging your target to best of your abilities. Then we push you a little further. At the end of class will be provide you with a personalized development report on your areas of improvement.
This is the next level in our holster draw series of courses.

Essential Holster Draw - Level 2 THE ART OF THE DRAW

Topics Covered in this Course: (subject to change)

  1. Quick Classroom Gathering Period (30 mins. max.) - Check in process, Full Gear Check

  2. Firearm safety procedures

  3. Range safety procedures

  4. Dry Practice

  5. Initial Stress Evaluation

  6. Identify and Remediate

  7. Engaging Multiple Target

  8. Drawing One Handed

  9. Drawing from your B.U.G. (Back Up Gun) - Ankle, Pocket, Thigh, Cross or Fanny pack. NOTE: Small of the Back & Purse Carry is not covered in this class.

  10. Final Stress Evaluation

Necessary Equipment List:

  • Above All...An Open Mind

  • Pistol: Semi-Auto preferred, Revolvers are welcome

  • 300 rounds of quality ammo

  • Strongside belt holster (OWB, IWB, AIWB), back up carry gun holsters are welcome

  • Cover Garment (Optional)

  • Eye Protection

  • Ear Protection - Electronic Preferred

  • Sturdy gun belt (double thickness)

  • Minimum of three magazines or six speed loaders

  • Magazine pouch - Holds at least two spare mags.

  • Knee Pads (Optional) 

  • Elbow Pads (Optional)

  • Pen and paper
