Short Description:
Level II recaps what level I does to prepare you for going hands on with more than one assaulter. This class gives instruction and rep time with instructors who create scenario-based drills for a more practical approach to common day attacks on individuals and families. This class is the 1st part to a 2-part breakdown on fighting in an urban environment. Part 2 will be preparation and fighting in and around your vehicle with a gun and or blade & your empty hands. This is a moderately physical class.

Mindset/Awareness discussion
Gun, blade, and empty hand techniques for self defense
Review of Human Anatomy Landmarks
Targeting landmarks for striking, shooting and or an edged weapon
How and where to strike with empty hands
How to defend from the ground up
What is weapons retention, how do we defend our weapons from being taken from us and when do we deploy our weapons under stress/distance.
Course load-out:
Notebook with pen
Training pistols, knives with holsters and sheaths – Will provide if you don’t have any of these items
Mouthpiece and groin protection if you have
Everyday normal clothes with proper shoes and or boots
