We implement a realistic approach to preparing for a violent encounter. Our students will gain insight and develop confidence with the human anatomy and focused skills that will aid in handling a physical confrontation regardless of weight, size, and strength. Situational awareness and mindset will be defined within the context of a physical confrontation and discussed in depth. Students will leave with concepts that will help them adjust their attitudes and win under pressure by understanding what options they have when life throws a curve ball.
